Lockbox

Lockbox is a service provided by Merit Credit Union, to receive, process, and deposit accounts receivable payments, such as condominium dues, patient payments, utility bills,rent, etc.

Merit Credit Union offers a convenient option for processing your payments on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis through our Lockbox Service. We take away the hassle of collecting, recording and depositing payments. You are provided a daily report of payments received that electronically interfaces with your management/accounts receivable software. Your owners/customers will have the following options to make their payments:

• Send coupons and payments to you through a post office box maintained by Merit Credit Union.
